I help our customers and team by bringing 15+ years of Consumer-Packaged Goods R&D experience. I’ve helped lead teams responsible for bringing new items to market and launched award-winning products across North America.

My background gives me a broad understanding of the industry and a strong network of connections, but what I value most is building relationships. I love getting to know people, understanding their challenges, and finding ways to support their goals. I truly believe my customers are part of my team — and I’m only as successful as they are.

What makes my job fun is the opportunity to solve problems. I enjoy asking questions, understanding pain points, and working together to find solutions that make a difference.

I’m grateful to be part of the FFE team because I appreciate that everyone has unique strengths and expertise. We work together, lean on each other, and bring the right people to the table to create great solutions.

A great day at work is when I can solve a challenge, learn something new, or see real progress happen. I’m always looking for ways to grow and improve, and there’s nothing better knowing I helped move something forward.

Outside of work, I love finding ways to fully unplug — spending time with my pups, being active, enjoying the beach, even doing yard work. Anything that lets me slow down and focus on the moment is a good day.

Fun fact! I’m a certified scuba diver, can deadlift over half my body weight, and I work in this industry because I love chocolate.
